SMS policy
Effective May 23, 2026. Clean Kasa sends service-related text messages for cleaning requests, booking coordination, cleaner matching, reminders, and customer support.
1. Program description
Clean Kasa SMS messages help customers and cleaners coordinate home cleaning services. Messages may include booking intake, address follow-up, schedule confirmations, cleaner matching, arrival windows, service updates, account verification, and support replies. We do not use Clean Kasa SMS for third-party advertising.
2. Opt-in
Customers can opt in by checking the optional SMS consent box when submitting a cleaning request, booking form, lead form, or support request where SMS consent is disclosed. Cleaners can opt in by applying to clean with Clean Kasa and providing a phone number for job offers and account updates. Consent is not a condition of purchasing cleaning services.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity. Most customers receive 1-6 messages per cleaning request. Cleaners may receive additional job-offer and schedule messages based on availability.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for SMS or data according to your wireless plan.
5. Help and opt-out
Reply HELP for help or text Clean Kasa at (415) 779-7513. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. After you reply STOP, we may send one confirmation message and then stop sending SMS to that number unless you opt in again.
6. Privacy
We use mobile information only to operate Clean Kasa services and communicate with you about your request, booking, cleaner account, or support conversation. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy policy for more detail.
7. Availability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS delivery depends on carrier networks, device availability, and accurate phone information.
8. Terms
By opting in to Clean Kasa SMS, you agree to this SMS policy and our Terms of service. We may update this SMS policy as our service evolves and will post the updated version on this page.
